The Dao of Assessing Strategically (The Five Critical Strategic Factors Perspective)

The primary purpose of strategic assessment is not just to predict the positional state of a strategic opportunity or to determine whether a project’s targets are realistic enough to allow the project to be controlled to meet them.

It is to establish whether a project team has the correct goals, the leadership qualities and the strategic foundation to meet and/to exceed the projected criteria of the marketplace before the opportunity evolves to a different strategic state (the cyclical position, the strategic disposition, the strategic direction and other strategic factors).

Does your current strategic assessment process meets that standard of performance?
